Each villa in Bodrum Residence & Villas, built on a land of 72.000 square meters, is positioned to have a full view of the sea. In our project where you will find all the beauties and luxurious life
of Bodrum together, you will fully experience the spirit of the Aegean with all its colors.

In Bodrum Residence & Villas, which consists of 194 villas, we used high quality products in exterior and interior architecture, and we also paid great attention to landscape design. A lush garden with trees grown in consideration of plant quality and diversity awaits you…

While walking along the cobblestone streets surrounded by bougainvillea, where you can easily reach the deep blue sea of Bodrum, you will also breathe in the scent of lemon and tangerine trees.

Our villas, which have 2 large terraces so that you can enjoy the natural beauty of Bodrum, consist of 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living area. Architecturally, we designed 3 rooms, 1 bathroom on the bottom floor, a large living area on the middle floor (mainentrance floor), an open kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace
and dining area overlooking the sea. We have prepared a special suite for you with a unique master room and an elegant en-suite bathroom on the upper floor. There is also a terrace with pergola where you can watch the magnificent Adabükü Bay from your room.
