For Foreign Buyer:

Passport

2 photos of buyer

In case of not knowing Turkish, a sworn translator has the required certificate.

For Seller:

ID Card

Document of title

Real estate fair document taken from city hall

Compulsory earthquake insurance policy

1 photo taken in last 6 months.
